HOW LONG ARE THE GUIDES?
The bodybuilding guides are 8 weeks long and the HIIT handbook does not have a time frame, however all of my guides have been designed in a way that allows you to repeat them, without doing the exact same workouts in the exact same order again. This means that the guides can last you as long as you want them to. Content-wise, the full body guide is well over 100 pages, packed with useful information and workouts etc.
